Jiyanshi Tour Packages (Taxi & Travel Services)

1. Introduction

Welcome to Jiyanshi Tour Packages (“Company”, “We”, “Us”). By accessing our website or booking any taxi/tour service with us, you (“Customer”, “You”) agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

2. Services We Provide

Jiyanshi Tour Packages offers:

  • Local & Outstation Taxi Services

  • Airport Transfers

  • Sightseeing Packages

  • Customized Tour Packages

  • One-Way & Round-Trip Rides

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.

3. Booking Policy

3.1. Customers must provide accurate details: pickup location, date, time, number of passengers, and luggage.
3.2. A booking is confirmed only after the customer receives confirmation via call, WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
3.3. The company reserves the right to cancel or modify any booking due to vehicle unavailability, emergency breakdown, weather conditions, or any unforeseen issue.

4. Pricing & Payment

4.1. Prices vary depending on route, vehicle type, and travel dates.
4.2. Toll tax, parking, state permit charges, driver night charges, and any additional fees must be paid by the customer unless mentioned otherwise.
4.3. For outstation trips, charges are calculated based on garage to garage kilometers.
4.4. Waiting charges may apply if the customer delays beyond the grace period.
4.5. Full payment must be made before or immediately after the ride, depending on booking type.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Treat the vehicle and driver respectfully

  • Avoid smoking, drinking, or misbehavior inside the vehicle

  • Not overload the vehicle beyond seating capacity

  • Follow local laws and safety guidelines

  • Avoid forcing the driver to break traffic rules

The driver may refuse service if the customer behaves abusively or creates a safety risk.

6. Luggage & Personal Belongings

6.1. Customers are responsible for their personal belongings.
6.2. Jiyanshi Tour Packages is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to luggage inside the vehicle.

7. Vehicle Condition & Breakdowns

7.1. We strive to maintain all vehicles in good condition.
7.2. In case of breakdown:

  • A replacement vehicle will be arranged if available

  • Delays caused due to breakdowns are not the company’s responsibility

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

8.1. If the customer cancels the ride:

  • 0–6 hours before pickup: 100% cancellation charges

  • 6–24 hours before pickup: 50% cancellation charges

  • More than 24 hours: No cancellation fee

8.2. If the customer does not show up at pickup location, full fare may be charged as a No-Show Fee.

8.3. If Jiyanshi Tour Packages cancels the booking due to operational issues, a full refund will be issued (if any advance was paid).

9. Travel Rules & Restrictions

  • Illegal items, weapons, intoxicants, or hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.

  • Pets may be allowed only if informed at the time of booking.

  • The driver has full authority to refuse unsafe routes or dangerous roads.

10. Liability & Disclaimer

10.1. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Traffic, roadblocks, weather conditions

  • Police checks, accidents, or mechanical issues

10.2. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

10.3. Customers use our services at their own risk.

11. Modification of Terms

Jiyanshi Tour Packages reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on the website.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in your city (provide your city name).
